This one of a kind estate is located on 5 wooded acres on the edge of the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve, where nature and eco-architecture harmonize and create a place of natural beauty, luxury, star filled nights, and sisterhood… what we feel is ultimate serenity. You will be surrounded by local wineries, organic farms, beautiful rolling hills where we will be learning about discovering and unleashing your feminine, money mindset, connecting more deeply to your body, intentions and desires than ever before and up level your friendships.
Four days where everything is taken care of, you just need to show up and be authentically yourself. We have made all of the arrangements - a gorgeous mountains-side estate, world class workshops, farm-to-table organic food, amazing soul sisterhood. The retreat kicks off in style with a welcome ceremony! The night begins with an exclusive cocktail hour and hor d'oeuvres. This is your chance to meet and mingle with your fellow sisters, our special guest mentors and Sara! We'll be playing tons of games and interactive activities so you'll get a chance to setlle in and begin intimately know your sisters and the speakers.
We start day with a relaxing power hour of meditation, hiking or yoga followed by a delicious breakfast. And if you desire sleeping in, that's perfectly okay, too. After, we’ll all come together for a powerful Morning Session – a mix of teaching, sharing, and exercises designed to help you feel clarity around your passion and purpose, and let go of ideas and habits that no longer serve you and your happiest self with our expert guest speakers Steffani LeFevour, Jolie Dawn and Sara Davidson.
Lunch will be served around noon, with plenty of time after to journal, chat, take a walk, stare at the lake, or just breathe.
After lunch, we will dive into discovering our feminine and understanding the power of sisterhood. This will be a safe space where you’ll have the chance to find your own voice, share your stories and get 1:1 time with our special guest mentors Kristina Italic and Allyson Byrd.
You'll then be able to enjoy free time at the resort, where you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, relax on the deck while journaling, take a nap or mingle with your sisters.
A 5-star casual dinner will be served at 6:00pm, where we gather round table to celebrate sisterhood with tons of special surprises. Later in the evening, we’ll all gather together for a special feminine ritual ceremony with Sora No. The night will conclude with live music, s'mores around the fire and amazing conversations.
Saturday morning will also start the day with a relaxing power hour of meditation, hiking or yoga followed by a delicious breakfast. Sisters will have the opportunity to participate in an Authentic Relating Circle, led by Dane Maxwell before the day begins. Then, we will connect deep into our soul and declare our powerful intentions for the day. We will spend the rest of the morning learning about the power of sisterhood to create freedom in your life and busines with Nisha Moodley and how to reconnect with your body with Jen Blackstock.
Lunch will be served around noon, with plenty of time after to journal, chat, take a walk, or just breathe.
After lunch, we all come together for two powerful afternoon sessions about marketing and money mindset by Lynan Saperstein and Dane Maxwell. We have left the rest of the afternoon completely open, to give you the chance to get to know your fellow sisters, connect with our guest speakers, and get ready for an evening of dancing!
A formal dinner will be served at 6:00pm. After dinner, we will move our bodies, dance, and get to know each other with a live DJ and dance party!
Sunday morning will begin with a relaxing power hour of meditation or yoga followed by a delicious breakfast. You will have time to pack up your belongings and organize your things. Then, we’ll reconvene for our Closing Circle, where we can share our “A-Ha!” moments and discoveries, hear other people’s insights and experiences, and seal the bonds of meaningful friendship and community.

MEET YOUR HOST SARA DAVIDSON
A marketing maven and business strategist, Sara helps teach purpose-driven entrepreneurs how to build highly impactful and profitable businesses that make their hearts sing and push the human race forward. After spending years marketing and building major brands & tech startups, she now helps ambitious entrepreneurial changemakers fearlessly give their gifts to the world so they can make a huge difference and achieve big, bold dreams. With Hello Fearless, she is the go-to for all things related to launching, growing and scaling businesses aimed to unlock human potential and change the world.
This is a three night all-inclusive women's weekend retreat. Arrival time at the Plateau Edge estate is Thursday July 30th at 3pm and we leave Sunday August 2nd at 1pm. Transportation to and from the airport is not included.
Directions to the house and possible carpool options with fellow retreaters in the area will also be communicated to you by email along with any other important details 1 months before the retreat.

ON PROPERTY GUEST
There's nothing better than: girls + slumber party. This will be an intimate experience for those who are looking to get cozy with your fellow HF Sisters. Beds will need to be shared. You'll have plenty of room and will sleep comfortably when sharing a triple room with 2 other retreat sisters. Each room has (three beds and/or sofa beds) with a shared bathroom. This will be limited to 20 women.
OFF PROPERTY GUEST
If you decide to stay off site, you are responsible for arranging your own accommodations and reservations. We recommend Comfort Inn and Suites or finding a lovely place on AirBnb! You also have the opportunity to ask around to other fearless women attending the Unleash Your Fearless retreat to find a roommate. This option is limited to only 20 women.
